Warranty Coverage


Lifetime Warranty


Eclipse CCTV offers a Lifetime Warranty for all our camera products, provided that:


  • Active Eclipse Net Cloud Video Service: To be eligible for the Lifetime Warranty, you must maintain an active subscription to our Eclipse Net Cloud Video Service for the entire duration of your camera's ownership. The Eclipse Net Cloud Video Service ensures the optimal performance and functionality of your camera.
  • Proof of Purchase: You must retain your original proof of purchase, such as a sales receipt or invoice, as evidence of the date of purchase.
  • The lifetime warranty begins after the first Eclipse Net bill is paid by the integrator/dealer and the warranty is only valid with an active Eclipse Net cloud account in good standing which has been connected to Eclipse NET cloud service without lapse in service. A lifetime warranty is only valid for Eclipse IP cameras. 


What's Covered


Our Lifetime Warranty covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions of the Eclipse camera hardware. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Defective components: Any defect in the camera's sensors, lenses, or internal electronics.
  • Functional issues: Malfunctions that impair the camera's core functionality, such as video and audio recording capabilities.
  • Build quality: Issues with the camera's physical structure or casing that impact its weather resistance or durability.

What's Not Covered


The Lifetime Warranty does not cover:


  • Damage caused by misuse or neglect: This includes accidents, tampering, unauthorized repairs, or modifications.
  • Acts of Nature: Natural disasters including but not limited to hurricanes, earthquakes, heavy rain, flooding, fires, lightning etc.
  • Loss or theft of the camera: The warranty does not cover lost or stolen cameras.
  • Eclipse Net Cloud Video Service fees: Any charges related to the Eclipse Net Cloud Video Service are separate from the warranty coverage and are the responsibility of the camera owner.

Making a Warranty Claim


If you encounter an issue with your Eclipse Camera that you believe is covered by our Lifetime Warranty, please follow these steps to make a warranty claim:


  • Contact Customer Support: Reach out to our dedicated Customer Support team through our website or the contact information provided in your Eclipse Net Cloud Video Service account.
  • Provide Proof of Purchase: You will be required to submit proof of purchase and provide details about the issue you're experiencing.
  • Troubleshooting: Our Customer Support team may guide you through some troubleshooting steps to identify the issue.
  • Return Authorization: If the issue cannot be resolved through troubleshooting, and it is determined to be a covered defect, our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for returning the camera.
  • Camera Inspection: Once we receive your camera, our technicians will inspect it to determine if the issue is covered by the warranty.
  • Repair or Replacement: If the issue is covered by the warranty, we will either repair the camera or replace it with an equivalent model at our discretion.

Warranty Terms and Conditions


  • The Lifetime Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the camera.
  • Eclipse CCTV reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the warranty at any time. Any updates or changes will be communicated to customers.
  • This warranty is in addition to any rights and remedies provided by applicable consumer protection laws.
